We begin processing your order within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

We have fulfillment warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Your order will be shipped from the nearest available location. Estimated delivery times vary by region:

4. Do I have to pay the shipping fee?

Local orders (US, UK, EU) ship for free and with no tax. It depends on your location.
If you are in Canada or any other non-local country, import taxes or customs duties may apply when your package arrives.

5. What About Customs Duties & Import Taxes?
To help your package clear customs smoothly, please provide complete contact information (full address, recipient name, and phone number) when checking out. Incomplete details may cause delays.
For international orders, the recipient (consignee) is responsible for any duties and import taxes due upon delivery. Customs fees vary by country, depending on local tariff policies.

6. Want Extra Protection for my Shipment?
You can add Shipping Protection at checkout for an additional 2% of your order value. If your package is lost, damaged, or has missing items during transit, you will receive compensation based on the specific situation.
Note: If you have already purchased the Shipping Protection service, it can not be refunded separately.
